You may have to put the CIAL (code that identifies a student who is or has been schooled in an educational center), which you will find in any report card of previous evaluations or in the EKADE application. If you have never been in school in an educational center of this Autonomous Community, you will fill out the application without CIAL.

The General Directorate of Centers, Infrastructures and Educational Promotion of the Government of the Canary Islands has activated this Thursday, May 28, an online checker in its web page that will allow the applicants for places in Pre-school and Primary Education to know the status of their request for a school center for the 2020/2021 academic year.
Thus, users who have completed the online process can, through a link highlighted on the website of the Ministry of Education, within the space dedicated to this procedure, complete the submission process and if the center already has its application. Thus, through «this simple» button, which is highlighted as ‘Check status of your application’, interested parties can quickly check if the procedure was successful.
The deadline for the admission of new additions to the Canary Islands Infant and Primary schools concludes next June 2, date from which the centers will have a few days to finish uploading all the applications in the web application so that the provisional lists of admitted and non-admitted students can be published next June 12.

The tutors of your children, as well as all the teachers of the center, will be at your disposal from 9:00 to 13:00 hours. You can contact them as you have been doing during the whole school year, by writing to the e-mail address provided by each teacher since the beginning of the school year. Please do not write answering to this email as it will not reach the teacher in question.
