The reactivation of tourism should smooth out the retail area’s accounts in the coming months.
The hypothetical offer for 200 million euros for the building known as Can Jorba would be among those offers to be taken into account, although it has not become effective beyond rumors. In any case, the chosen formula could be similar to the one used by Carrefour, which recently sold seven establishments for 93 million euros in the form of a sale-leaseback or reverse leasing, which involves the sale and the commitment to lease in the medium or long term with a fixed rental payment.
